My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amazing views from the huge balcony and good-sized beds. On the downside, the room felt cold due to the lack of heating while it was chilly outside. The service was friendly, efficient, and helpful, though there were slight delays in getting a drink. The location overlooking the small Ordino village in Andorra was excellent, but the daily charge per person seemed excessive. The dining experience, although offering buffet continental style self-service with fresh meat, could use more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
